Headteacher’s Welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Victoria English School and our wonderful community. We are a British Curriculum school and we have exceptional high expectations and standards. The school adopts the British Curriculum throughout and we are proud of the success and achievements of all our students. We cater for students from FS1 all the way to the Sixth Form and we offer iGCSE and iA Level qualifications from Pearson. 

 

We are proud of our high academic success and results as well as our students who we develop into highly qualified future leaders and global citizens in an ever changing world. Our students are from all around the world and we are fortunate to have over 60 nationalities working together and learning from each other.

 

The school ethos and culture is based on our core values of Respect, Responsibility, Kindness, Honesty and Success. We are proud to develop students in a holistic manner with high academic rigour balanced with student care and wellbeing. Our Pastoral responsibility is just as essential as our high standards of teaching and learning. We want all our students to be happy, healthy and confident learners who think critically and question the world around them. 

 

I have over 20 years experience in the British education system in the UK and have worked across the country from Manchester, London, Kent to East Sussex. I have worked in some outstanding school environments and aim to use this experience at Victoria English School

 

I am proud to be the Headteacher of this vibrant school and I strive everyday to ensure everyone can believe in themselves, aspire to be better and achieve the very best they can.
